Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were facing Manila Bay, offering stunning views of the sunset and sunrise. They were nice and clean, providing a serene atmosphere to relax in. The service was exceptional, with super friendly and professional staff. The location was perfect for me, just a walk from the bayfront, and convenient for exploring Malate. While the dining was varied and delightful, there could be improvements in the food quality. Overall, a great value for money stay with fantastic facilities.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms, although a bit dated, were kept impeccably clean by Room Attendants Pauko Mesa, Irene Tolentino, Jason Castilio, and their supervisor Monica Gonzaga. The variety of flavors in the delicious meals was a pleasant surprise. The partial views of Manila Bay added to the charm of the accommodation.
The hotel is very clean and pleasant, providing a quiet stay with all the usual executive amenities. However, the noise from the rooms and outside traffic can disrupt sleep. The location is ideal and central for various activities, though neighboring high-rise buildings can block sunlight at times.
The hotel had a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms were kept clean, but they tended to be hot and uncomfortable. The service provided by the receptionists was exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. The location was convenient, being close to shopping centers but not without some minor nuisances nearby. Dining options were not up to expectations, although the hotel offered a variety of cuisine. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel with its clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and great location near Manila Bay. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited Filipino dishes. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with good value for money.
During my 4-day stay, I found the hotel to be exclusive with only a few people around. The rooms were very spacious, well-ventilated, comfy, and clean, larger than other places I've stayed at in Makati. The Front Office staff was very friendly and welcoming, offering all the facilities available in the hotel. The location, although needing some refurbishment, was pleasant and could not have been better for whatever reason I was in Manila for. The dining options downstairs were huge, with a fantastic variety of foods from around the world. Overall, a great place to stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms, although a little old, were clean and had a musky smell. The staff, especially housekeeping led by Paulo Mesa, was wonderful, very nice, and presentable. Aldrin and Keithly were polite, helpful, and kind, with their supervisor Loreta ensuring everything was top-notch. The service was great, with updated gym equipment and nice staff, especially the good-looking and polite housekeeper Darwin. However, the price was a bit higher than normal rates, but the free drinks and canapés were a nice touch. The location was also amazing, surrounded by malls and very convenient for my needs. The dining experience, particularly the buffet at Market Cafe, was exceptional with excellent choices and service. The facilities were more than satisfactory.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and filled with non-alcoholic beverages and snacks which was a great touch. Waiting in the lobby was a bit of a downside, but the complimentary continental breakfast and happy hour made up for it.
The New World Manila Bay is like a second home to me with its neat and classy location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. However, being in the Red Light District requires caution, and the dining experience, while good, could offer more varied options. The hotel's proximity to various amenities, including Robinsons Mall, makes it a convenient stay.
